Delivery / Return / Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We Ship all orders within 24 hours after confirmation. Saturday and Sunday orders are dispatched on monday. Delivery in karachi and Lahore takes 1-2 working days while in other cities it may take 3-4 working days.
  • Items can be returned within 7 days after delivery for refund or exchange.
  • Returned item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Buyer will pay return shipping cost in case it is not liked or have size issues.
  • Zardi will only pay return shipping cost if the item delivered is faulty or wrong item is delivered.
  • Refund for the returned items will be issued as soon we receive the items back.
